Kindergarten Applicants:
- Proof of Residence (electric bill, water bill, rental agreement or deed)
- Original Birth Certificate (we will make a copy)
- Self-addressed and stamped envelope (9.5" x 4")
1st - 5th Applicants:
- Proof of Residence (electric bill, water bill, rental agreement or deed)
- Latest Report Card for grade verification
- Original Birth Certificate (only for private school students and homeschooled students) (Non-LCS)
